Provoked for absconding

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

Employer insisted me to re
sign immediately as the senior wants to deploy his person on my place for which i denied.

HR said you will be terminated ...but did not do it as there was no strong reason for it

HR kept me on suspension for 18 days.

i did not resign.

After that HR transfered me to other location without accomodation ..It was 2100km away from my current location.

i worked there for 10 days and due to health issue i requested them to give the retransfer near to my previous location.

Despite providing the medical certificate, employer terminated me saying FNF after 30 days will be processed according to absconding law.

it is totally injustice..

what can be done.. Request you all to suggest

You can sue the company for wrongful termination.
