Provident Fund of casual labour

Is it mandatory to make the PF payment if contract labour work only 3to4 days in a month?

yes, if, including those contact labour, total strength of employee goes more than 10 or 20 as applicable

Yes the contract labour has to be covered under the EPF ACt
