Dear Sirs, My house is located in Kompally Village, Quthubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad. There is a Protected Tenancy under Telangana PT act going on. At the same time Urban Land Ceiling department claimed the land as Excess land. The PT case is still pending in high court. If the PT wins who will get the right? PT or ULC. Can you explain me please.

First the land will go to PT. Once the layout has been formed and houses are constructed on the layout, it is very difficult to evict the owner of the Buildings or plot onwers. They can apply the Revenue Department for regularisation of their plots or houses by paying the prescribed fee to the PT according to their extent sq yds or sq feet, whichever is applicable.
