Property transfer using gpa

Hi,

My father gave me a registered GPA a few years back giving me the liberty to transact all his movable and immovable property. He is ill now and cannot go to court. Can I use the GPA to transfer some land that is in his name into my sons name via registered sale deed through POA.

The GPA gives a very wide power to the holder thereof to do anything on behalf of the principal.
