Property transfer in l&do

My Father had purchased a property Type C Quater in Aligarj which falls under L&do through Regd GPA and Aggrement to sell and purchase duly Registered in Registarar office for which stamp duty has also been paid. Since i am the only surviving member, Kindly guide how to get the property transfered in my Name.
