Dear All
We have a house in Mohali which is on my grandfather's name. My grandmother is also no more. My father,his two brothers and one sister wants to get it transferred on their names jointly.
Please help us with procedure to follow and whom to approach. Also if you can give contact of someone who can help us in this regard.

Get the legal hier certificate from the civil judge and get the property registered and mutated in their name.
