Quick Summary
A user is seeking advice regarding a property owned by their deceased father, which is legally divided among seven heirs. One brother has leased the property without proper documentation, and another brother's wife has been paying the property tax in her name since 2014. An advocate clarifies that paying property tax does not establish ownership rights and suggests sending a notice to the brother, followed by filing a legal suit.

Paying tax doesnt create the ownership rights over the property.

You need to send a notice to your borther and then file a suit.
