I am the only son and i have a sister. in 2005 when my father built a home on his land, i remembered signing a coapplicant form in HDFC bank. I have been paying the EMI all these years with my cheques to his account. I got married in 2010, after a small family dispute, now my father says that property is not for me, the value of the property is very high till date i have paid all the emis and only last sum left about 1 lakh is now being paid by him after his retirement
All these years he has been lieing to me that he got a very low income and i believed it blindly. During the dispute and enquiry, its that he has been receiving a salary of 20K also I am not the coapplicant as per the bank document. All my years of savings has gone, and I lost all my respect.... Plz help me out...
