Property suit

Dear Sir,

The grandfather has divided the ancestral property among his 3 sons(in 2007). At the time of that partion my one uncle was admitted and in his last stage. So his share of property is named to his son and wife. my uncle is died before 6yrs back. Now my grandfather and his 2 daughers filled suit on these 3 brothers (Now only two and on wife of died uncle) . So my quetion is the part of my died uncles wife will be also repartitioned even if my uncle is not live. What are the possiblities for the case. How long can it take. Also among the whole property 20% property is by gift deed to my father and died uncle. Case is going on from last 6 months.

Thanks.
