Property succession in rare cases

This is an issue that is creating a lot of fuss for me. Please help ASAP.

After my father's death, our home(the one in which I grew up with my brothers) was supposed to be inherited by my youngest brother but only after my mother's death. But now, that same brother is dead while my mother is still alive. So in this regard, to whom shall the ownership of the house go to?

Please reply soon so that I can avoid a dispute.

Thank you

It all depends on will executed by your father. Kindly clarify on the clauses of the will. Unless otherwise the property shall be divided between all the heirs of class one as per the HSA.

Agreed with HIRAL Thakkar ji.

if your youngest brother has suceeded by way of a WILL. then the children of the youngest brother acquire a vested interest in the said property, which will accrue to them only after the demise of ur mother.
