Kindly suggest i have purchased a land from a person who sold me his share and his brothers share who had left home more than 20years back and he didn't turned back, after that all his family members persumed him as dead as he left home in his childhood, now the problem is the share sold by the person in his name is got mutated in my favour but not of his brothers share as the property is joint and he has given me a affidative regarding his brothers share what is the procedure to get the other part of share mutated in my favour.
