Property sale deed witness

I recently purchased a property and got it registered in Bangalore, Karnataka. 2 people signed as Identity witness in the 3rd page of sale deed, where as different set of 2 people signed as Attesting witness in the last page of sale deed. Is it fine to have different people signing as Identity witness and 2 other people signing as attesting witness?
