Property rights

Dear Experts

Me and my sister are legal heirs . My Mother's Dad (Grandpa)who has 2 kids my mother and son has Registered entire property to son after my mother's death in 2020 Do we sisters have rights on our mothers share in the property . it's self owned one house and ancestral one plot . we are the 4th generation in Lineage. Can we file partition suite to all property . Grandpa is still alive. what are our options . kindly let us know Karnataka state.

Your maternal grandfather had 2 children, one daughter(your mother) and one son. Your grandfather transferred by registration his entire property in favour of his son during his lifetime. You have no rights over the properties.
