Hi i have one question
A lady and her daughter is having a right in a property her father died after that a lady got married again and again received a rights in a property, now if a lady and daughter want her last husbands property what should be done?

A women was having a property right means name in a record of right of her first husband, she was having a girl, now her husband died and after second marraige she got a share in a property, now can she claim a property right in a first husbands property.

no she cant claim any right in the first husbands property unless it is jointly owned by them
