Hello Sir/Madam

This P.K. Maurya from mumbai.

sir i hamre ghar ke pichhe se ek naal jata hai. Jise Brihat Muncipal Corporation(BMC) aur broad bana rahi hai.

Sir  BMC ne hume Notice diya hai ki hamare ghar mai se bhi 5 feet jagah todegi. Hamare society mai total 15-20 ghar hai.  plz koi muje ye baaye ki agar BMC koi compensation nahi deti to hum kya kar sakte hai.

hum log pcihhle 40 saalo se yaha par hai.

as per Maharashtra govt any one have document of year 1985 or 2000  then he is legally resident of that particular area.

 

Plz muje bataye agar BMC koi compensation nahi deti hai ya direct hamara ghar tod deti hai without any prior notice or very short notice to humare pass koi rassta hai ??

Do you title over the property now you sit upon?  If it is a government land meant for gutter and channelising the gutter way, you may have to vacate it because you are illegally occupying the same and you want to brand a legal paint by stating that you are there for 40 years or so,
