Property registration in joint names

Dear Sirs, 

I have a flat in mumbai which is registered in mine and my husband's name.  Unfortunately, my husband passed away and now I want to know do I need to change the ownership in my name.  I have two daughters.  If so, can you please advise me what is the procedure to do so.  I live in Kuwait and my daughters live in Canada.
