I would like to know that a property was gifted to me when I was a minor and my mother was a guardian, from brother of my grandfather one portion of the property. Now we would like to register that property on my name.
what are the procedure we have to follow to get register.

If you become a major, then you will have complete rights over the property. Again registration is not necessary.
