a property has been taken possession in 1989, my father has paid the full consideration through his proprietorship concern , we have lost that agreement entered in 1989,now the party is ready to register in my name, i was 3 years old when my father paid the consideration ,now i wanted to register in my name ,how to proceed with this.

my father has paid the full consideration to the owner in 1989 , i was 3 years old at that time, we couldn't register the property since the owner did not get his share of units in the commercial complex,now everything is settled .
the owner is ready to register the property now .
as i said the sale consideration is paid by my father through his proprietory business income, now i wanted to register that shop in my name directly, for this any further document is required like no objection letter from my father or what else i need to do.
pls tellme the procedure.
