| I have a property in Bangaore, I property belongs to my mother after the death of my mother the documents transferred to my fathe, my father has 3children one siister and 1brothrs and me, My brother has made a sale deed and take a property form my father ,he registerd in both name me and my brother he changed my father name,after that he take a goft deed from me , and said to give the amount in 2005, as of now he hasn't give amount /property, in last month he gave 15lac and remaining 5lacs not yet given ,he told me in 2005, i have a daughter in any doucuments my wife not signed, is it possible to take property,please help me and suggest me any lawyer. |
