Property partition among step brothers

Hi I am Santanu Mondal , My father's name Dipak Mondal.  Father died two years ago.  My own mother died 15 years ago. My father again married 13 years ago.

My father got all properties( land & House) from my grand father. Grand father died 10 years ago. Grand mother is live. and she is my side.

My question is what is the property partition among Me & my step Mother & her only one child.

whether it will be equally  distributed among three of us or between me & them?

Thanks

Santanu Mondal

ALL LEGAL HEIRS OF YOUR FATHER i.e. STEP MOTHER, HER SON AND YOUR SELF HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS OVER THE PROPERTY.  IT SHOULD BE PARTITIONED AND GET  IT BE REGISTERED.  CONSULT A LOCAL LAWYER.

Yourself, your grandmother, your step mother, your step brother  are all the legal heirs of your deceased father and all of you are entitled to an equal share in his intestate property.
