What are the particular and specific property / land documents ?
Why were they deposited in the Court ?
You must have engaged /paid an able, competent and intelligent lawyer to proceed / contest the case, where property documents were required to be deposited in the suit, what is his/ her opinion and advise on the issue who is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case ? If you have lost faith in your lawyer change him/ her immediately.
Why do you need a second opinion and obligation of experts on this platform except the fact it is available FREE OF COST, which is bound to differ (if it may not turn improper and wrong) as the same shall be based on limited facts posted by you.?

If there is litigation or controversy on a property, by filing a declaration suit in jurisdictional court, you can pray for such declaration from Court.
