Dear Sir(s),
I have a property in the name of my HUF. I want to sale a floor of the same property to someone. That particular floor is actually on rent with 3 tenants who have never paid any rent to me. I had filed a court case against them for rent. My query is that can i sale out that portion of the property on which the case for rent is going on ?
Kindly help me regarding the same.

Yes definitely you can sell the property .No bar.
