Please advise me for a matter on the inherited property of the grandfather who is already expired .
Before his death propety was distributed between two brothers leaving three daughters without any propety as they married to a well to do family.
As one of the brother died last year (who is childless ) ,his wife is sold his husband property to a another person. Now all three sisters claim their share and had given a notice in the paper that selling of property by their sister-in-law is illegal. After selling the property the purchaser already taken the land to his possession and grown crop too.
My question is wheter the inherited property, will three women will get back or not.
