Ramdeo jatia died intestate leaving behind widow Jamotri Jatia. The couple didn't have any children. The wife against the Will of husband used to provide shelter to poor children/people related as well not related. Husband was bearing it to avoid infights and for maintaining peace.
He was insurance officer working with National Insurance Co Ltd and was very kind to keep her inspite of knowing that she can never bear a child due loss of reputation and under pressure from seniors who trapped him and married him off to the lady and she took undue advantage of keeping children in a 1BHK apartment in Sunita Apartment near Parsi General hospital, Cumbala Hills. When ever he objected the cunning lady would create scenes to silence him as if he was impotant and the guy would give up. This took heavy toll on his health and he died of cancer leaving behind 1) Pension 2) Huge bank balance 3) Shares 4) Jewellery and 5) 1BHK Ownership Apartment running in to 8-10 crores.
Immediately after his demise the orphans in the house and greedy distant relatives started looting these assets.
She also died intestate in July 2025.
The croocks including the Dubai based White called goon who stayed with the couple Sanjay Sharma, Wife Vani and Meena Khaitan illegally took over the assets. Changed the locks of the apartment and fled to Dubai.
A person reported the matter to CP and CM who turned out to be dud and didn't act. They like peons acknowledged the complaint but did nothing.
Kindly suggest what future course of action is needed as the the person is under threats. Will any NGO come forward?
