Property matter

If out of 4 brothers, 3 invested in a land & all four became share holder on doc(no proof) then will 4th also take share, if the matter went to court? What can be done to get 4th out? If 1 made house on that land, then will all 4 get share in that house made on that land?

Show all docs on record to an able counsel at your location for a considered opinion.

Generically speaking: All of the 4 are equal shareholders.

1) If matter went to court then all four brother will get equal share. That is 1/4th each out of ONE WHOLE PROPERTY.

Thanks
