I have my house in Indore(MP). I have taken loan from HDFC with my spouse as co borrower of loan. But I am the only owner of the house ie Registery is in my name only. I am legally divorced with my x wife now. I have shown divorce documents to HDFC manager as well who is taking care of my loan account. He told me it is not possible to remove co borrower's name until her permission and it is not possible for me to approach those greedy persons again for this purpose. So would like to know, will this create any issue while selling my property?
