My uncle has been living as a tenant on a property that belongs to a trust in dehradun. He has been living there for over 40 years. The trust is now getting into malpractices and trying to trouble the tenants so that the leave. I want to know that can my uncle claim adverse possession in the property as it belongs to trust?
