Dear Sir,
my grandfather partioned our ancestral property to his 3 sons. in 2007. Now the daughters A. married before 35 yrs and B. married before 25 yrs back filed suit for repartions. Is there any possibility to get them the shares. Also how long it will take to complete the suit ?

After the amendement to Hindu Succession act partition has taken place. Being a co-parcenrs daughters have got equal rights in the ancestral property.
