my sibling -in-law ( mahesh) passed away due to heart attack. he's parents also passed away long back. when he was alive his all property which belongs to his granparents has legally registered in the name of his wife and two girls children in presence of his mother.
but now mahesh two sisters who are married are asking for shares in there brother's property which is already registered in the name of his wife and children......now the problem is mahesh sisters now can have a right to ask shares in property is legal...want suggestion what now mahesh's wife to do is there any legal solutions
What they did during the time of registration of property in her name? why now they raise the issue?
