There is a Gated layout which has BBMP approved "A" khata certificate.
I am buying a site within that, in this case what all documents in original should be given to me by the owner.
Also there were 2 sites of dimensions 30 X 30 and 30 x 30. so total would be 60 x 30. Now owner is dividing the sites to 3 parts 20 x 30. and my friend and me are taking 2 sites of dimensions 20 x 30. for example site nos are 1,2,3. my friend is taking. 20 x 30 of site no 1. and I am taking part from 1 and 2 of 20 x 30 dimension.
Please let em know what all deeds i need to collect from him for the above case.
