Property documents validity

U purchase stamp paper as on date 08/04/2011 and if u write a date 06/04/2011 in sale deed so this is numerical error in this deed so u registration a rectification deed at registrar office for that or u registered a declaration about this mistake at registrar offce. 

This is not the mistake.... this is a big fraud documents not only property that fellow has already transfer the car etc. with fake signature and recently caught and then only we have collected the property documents from registering authority to find out where he has committed mistakes.
