Property document for maintenance

If you're sure about the ownership of the property in the name of husband, summon the Corporation record in the court to prove your charges about the ownership of the property. The court summon to produce the property records of the particular property available with the Corporation can never be refused or avoided by the said authority.

The ownership of immovable property required to be registered and the copy of registered document to be kept in Sub-Registrar's office and it is a public document.  You yourself or by engaging an advocate visit such SRO and file application for inspection and get the details of ownership.  You can apply for certified copy of that document also.  Otherwise summon the record through court.
