Property distribution

Is muslim Jamath ( Group of  muslim people living the particular area/place/ Mosque) entitled to deal the property distribution and its related matters for muslims?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that a Muslim Jamath is not a legal entity empowered to make decisions regarding property distribution for Muslims. Any such decisions are considered illegal and can be challenged in court. Individuals have the right to contest interference from a Jamath in property matters that affect their legal rights.

No, the Jamath is not a legal entity to  take any such decision that will affect the legal status of the immovable property.

Any such decision is illegal and can be challenged in the court of law with a suit for mandatory injunction against the so called jamath to restrain them from interfering into such affairs that would affect the individual's rights in the property matters.
