property distribution

sir plz help AAP mujhe bataye Ki jiss property ka civil court Mai case Chal raha Hai jameen Ki mapi ko lekar Kya USS property Mai koi gairmajarua jammen dikha ker jabardasti 2 Nd party Ko jaane bina mutation kerwa sakta hai

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about property distribution when a civil court case regarding land measurement is ongoing. Specifically, it questions whether one party can force a mutation of 'unnecessary land' while the case is pending. The advice given is to consult a lawyer familiar with the case, as mutation itself doesn't create or remove rights but can indicate possession. It's recommended to bring any unauthorised mutation attempts to the court's attention, as the final verdict will determine the outcome.

Consult your lawyer who is well aware about facts of the case and an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy your questions.

Fundamental truth is 'Mutation neither creates rights nor take away legitimate rights and at the most may be considered as evidence of possession.   Make a complaint and bring the matter to the attention of the court.  These are very common and the law is that it all depends on the final verdict of the case.  Trust your Advocate.
