one of my connection is facing a legal battle on a property dispute csae..his parents live alone in tamilnadu and he works in abroad ..they recenlty seem to get life threats from the opposite in connectin to this property case...the call comes to both BSNL and mobile landline
if we have the time of calls, is it possible to file a RTI with BSNL and get the call recordds.
what would be his next steps. can he file a writ of mandamus and seek police protection.
what is the best way to instill fear on the opposite party and avoid any further disburance.
