Property dispute between siblings

I have seven sisters, out of which six are married. My father has passed away 10 years ago and my mom has passed away 7 years ago. Presently, I am unmarried & living with my younger sister in my father's house situated in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). After demises of my father & mother, I bare several duties of my father, I also pay the loan dues to release the property papers of my house from a financial institution. Mutation of property has been done in my name in Municipal Corporation. After 3-4 years of mutation, I received three notices through lawyer from 3 of my married sisters wherein each one is demanding 1/8th share of property. They all are well settled, I am still unmarried and have a responsibility for my sister's marriage. So, kindly let me know -

1. How much share of property they deserve according to law?
2. Can I sale property without their consent?
