Dear sir/s
There is a land of a person 'A' 1000 sq mtr. The person B purchased 250 sq mtr. from it (from person A). now the person A wants to sell remaining land to person 'C' But the person B want to purchase the same at a cost agreed between A and C. Can legally Person B stops the person C from purchasing it and force the person A to sell it to him? if yes what is the name of that law?

B cannot prevent A from selling it to C. B has no legal remedy as per your query
