My father and all 3 sisters gave me
properties in in gram kachahri in 1980 but my sisters asking again properties. Now i have to file a case against her. please guide

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a property dispute where the original poster received properties from their father and sisters in 1980. Now, the sisters are reasserting claims. Advice suggests clarifying the nature of the property transfer (gift or sale, ancestral or self-acquired) and consulting a local advocate. Options include filing a declaratory suit based on adverse possession if the property has been in the poster's possession for 40 years and is registered.

Your father and 3 sisters gave you properties in which way i.e. either by way of Gift or sale? And whether it is ancestral or self-acquired by whom?

Post complete facts of the case for forming proper opinion and oblige.

If it is registered in subregistrar office it is o.k only to change  khata to your name when your father died contact local advocate and file declaratory suit against them on adverse possession ground or oust from family 40 years back.
