sir im sameer hussain frm hyd..age 23.i need u r advice...last year..my father had given shares(in cash) to me and my elder brother..the property was in the name of my mother...and in return my father received from me and my brother in written that in future we dont hav rights in his property...i took my share and borrowed some loan from out side..and purchased a house....and now my elder brother is disturbing us and saying that my father had cheated him....and he gaved me a house....and he is threatning my parents that he will put a case on us....so i need u r suggestion
