property dispute

can my mother claim in inlaws property if she is living there since 30 years bt house is in my uncle's ( dad's elder brother) name?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a mother can claim ownership of her in-laws' property, where she has resided for 30 years, if the house is registered in her uncle's name. The consensus is that she cannot claim the property unless it is considered ancestral property belonging to her father. As the property is in the elder brother's name, no one else has a claim.
