Property dispute

Sir we have property in Mumbai around 225 sq.ft house but due to local gundas and political pressure we are unable to sell or repair our house condition of house has become very critical about to get fire strock or fall ,because of our greedy neighbours who are damaging it ,we filed compliant in police,BMC and housing dpt of Slum rehabilitation authority but no results pls suggest what to do in this condition.we can't let our property to be taken over pls help n suggest some solution

Hello,

If police is not taking complaint and not taking action against gundas then you have to move court and file private complaint.
