That we are already doing but nothing worked out till date it's being more than 30 years we are fighting the case in district court but no judgement passed till date. Sometimes our or other party lawyer doesn't appear and sometime judge on leave and sometimes lawyers strike take place.

Probably you are not interested to let the delay to the standarads of world record.

Obtain 2nd or even 3rd opinion from a very able counsel as suggested above.

Well, I understand what you are trying to say but just try and understand onething...

 

Here, as per the brother his sister was the owner of property though she was a housewife and purchased the property with the hard earned money of her husband. Since, she left the unregistered WILL (Original Lost only photostate is available) and formed a trust which is also unregistered so husband do not have right to create a new registered WILL.
