Property dealer cheated me in a deal once it got in my notice I told him to cancel the deal but he promised me not to take any brokerage or any charges from me & help me in deal bcz he was getting handsome commission from builder whoes 1 floor he sold me but after registration of property & whole payment done to builder by me he cleverly kept biyana agreement with him saying he will tear it but now he blackmailing showing that biyana agreement harassment is done by him saying he will go legally against me I have phone conversation where he was feeling guilty & promised me not to take any money from me what should now I do
