Property claims

I have a property (house )under 2 names say A and B.B expired and as a result A wants to claim loan on property.will the family members of B involved in this?

Quick Summary
If a property is jointly owned by two individuals, A and B, and B passes away, A cannot automatically claim full ownership or sole loan rights. B's share will typically pass to their legal heirs. A can only claim rights to their own share of the property. To become the absolute owner, A would need to purchase B's share from the legal heirs or receive it through a gift or relinquishment. It is advisable to consult a local lawyer for specific advice based on the full details of the situation.

Your rights are limited for your entitled to the extent of your share alone, and the other share must go to such legal heirs.  You can never become absolute owner unless you purchase or get as a gift or relinquishment from legal heirs of the other co-sharer.

Share of A shall devolve upon his/ her successor(s), if it is intestate.

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
