There is a property in which the mother/husband and wife are equal owners.Can the wife claim for that property?She has not contributed anything for the purchase and maintenance for that property.She only lived in it the time when she was with her husband and children.If she files for divorce from her husband,and claims that property whic is part on her name,will the court grant it to her.Please advise.

Yes if she is the owner of 1/3 share means she is absolute owner of her 1/3 share and no one can deprive her from her right to claim her share from the property.
