Respected Sirs, I have some doubt the following: Kindly provide your opinions.
a ) In a Civil case, what is the difference between Disposal of the case and Ex-parte of the case ?
b) Due to some misunderstanding information, A Tashildhar issued wrong Patta others to instead of
the original land owners. What is the remedy for the land owners ? is there any way to alter the same ?

Disposal of case: case decided on merits.
Exparte : when the other side does not turn up the case will be decided unilaterally.
Patta wrongly issued by Tahsildar: You have move concerned jurisdiction court for the same as the govt authority has no power to reissue the same.
