Property case

Partition is not done but out of 3 share holder, 2 agree to give their respective share to someone. 1 share holder does not agree upon it. Can this be possible to transfer share one to another without one tenant consent

Grand Father In LAw died intestate and haivng A son B Daughter C widow Wife still alive and D Grand Daughter.

C A wants to transfer their share respectively but B does not agree. PArtition is not yet done.

Grand Father is Law purchased this land. Except partition can C A devolve thier property to D?

through which way can be done Please elaborate it?
