Property card

Hello sir I have property I have property in Surat which came to me as will my aunty made a registered will in my name so the registered will is enough to sale the property or I have to enter my name in city survey or property card I. Surat please advice the step by step procedure I don't know much about Surat Gujarat please help me

The authority under whose jurisdiction property falls shall provide the requisite forms/formats etc.............You can visit them or surf on its website.

You may have to submit death certificate, copy of the WILL, and may release newspaper publication...................Thereafter the proeprty may be registered in your name.

Once you are owner you can sell.
