Property bought in wife's name

Hi Experts

I bought land in my wife's name about 2 yrs back (as I was unable to come to India because of my work commitment during the time of transaction), she came to india and we did all the trsactions in her name although I paid the whole money(my wife is a housewife and non-working), now I have also built a house on that land and again I did all the paper work in her name.  My question is -

1. In case of an unfortunate situation such as divorce or separation will I be able to claim the 50% of the property? (i paid all the money ., like buying land ,. consuctructing house etc and I have bank statement to show the ttransactions)

2. WIll my daughter autometically inherit the property , when she become an adult or can my wife give the property to anyone she likes to do?
