Property Attached by Govt. for non payment of revenue

Hi friends,

I would like to know that if an property is attached by Govt for non payment of Revenue Cess and is unsold till today and is in possesion of Govt since 40 years, then in that case can one get it back by paying now the revenue due towards govt. And if yes then under wat provision. Suggest Case Law if any. The Property is in Maharashtra.

If the land is simply attached for land revenue dues, the attachment can be lifted by clearing the dues. I will mail the provision very soon.

Sri Palnitker Sir is  correct . The proerty can be  retaiend by paying the Cess with interest and raising the  Govt attachment , provided that  the proerty is no confiscated to Govt.
